  Anyways, although the soup is good there are a multitude of issues with this restaurant. To begin, the pricing is crazy considering the amount of food you get, and the quality. Although some of the pastries are rather tasty, for the most part their meals are average and better food could be purchased at different places around town, for the same or even lower prices (I’d recommend the Wendy’s nearby). Secondly, there are problems with the staff. As other reviews have expressed, the staff are rather forgetful and I’ve also experienced this a number of times. Occasionally, there are staff members who are rude or even stand-offish, but I suppose I could be getting unlucky with the particular staff I interact with. All in all, not the best place in town but there are some redeeming qualities to this restaurant.

  Okay experience. Ordered a Caesar salad from here a few weeks ago. They then inform me that they did not have any Roman lettuce and asked if it would be okay to use an alternative, which I agreed to. They had small, medium and large size to choose from which was great. I ordered a medium which was around $8 or more. The medium size was so small and sad looking, I’d hate to see what the small size looked like. Usually for a pricier Caesar salad you’d expect bacon bits on it, but my sad salad was spring mix, a few little croutons and the Caesar salad dressing. If I had known this is what their salad looked like I would have just gone to McDonald’s for my salad which probably would have been much more satisfying. Will not be returning.

  Very good place, lots of choices and fresh ingredients. Quick service and very tasty menu items. The Thai chicken salad is amazing

  Like the food, but it's very expensive for what you get. The staff did not do a good job of explaining what my options were in terms of combos. Ended up ordering a full grilled cheese and large bowl of soup. With the sides of a piece of bread and a small apple it was $20 with a drink. Even with reward points it's way too much for a casual meal.

  Meh, 5/10. I’ve gone to Panera multiple times, and before I get into the negatives allow me to say that the cheddar broccoli soup is absolutely amazing

  Had Panera delivered to a staff meeting. No complaints. So I decided to go to restaurant with my hubby. Horrible experience, couldn’t hear cashier to place order, no place to sit. Food arrives, big bowl with a little bit of soup (4.59) half sandwich (6.39) a very small cup for a drink (2.59). Sandwich bread was soggy on both sides, literally wet, yet it was toasted. Very dissatisfied. On the way out walked into a random table, no chairs, placed in the path to the exit. Total waste of 27.52. Do not recommend.
