    I am always met with a friendly greeting, I get a great haircut, my appointment is always met on time, and i can always count on a courtesy reminder one day before my appointment.

    My partner and I have been clients of Kat’s for quite awhile now and I’m always incredibly pleased with the quality of service and her skill. Luce is lucky to have her! Any other staff members I have had to deal with were professional and very friendly.

    To be honest I'm following a stylist but Luce is impressive in many ways. They definitely put customer service at the top of their list.
