  Worth driving across Kingston to get to. J&J wanted to hold my rear wheel overnight so they could measure/test which spacer I needed (8 speed wheel, 7 speed cassette). Cyclepath not only did this for me in UNDER A MINUTE, they also torqued the lock-ring into place free of charge!

  Just recently stopped by looking for a seat for tailbone injuries. They did not have the kind of seat I saw online comma however the lady working the front desk was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and gave me some great advice too help with my tailbone injury.

  Went here with my bf today and the guy really did not want to help us, he told us he can't do anything for either of our bicycle questions. So we went straight to Frontenac cycle for a second opinion and got amazing customer service and was told my bike will be fixed and ready by tomorrow. FC also sold my bf the exact piece of gear that the CP guy said wouldn't work for his bike, and explained how to easily make it work. Two easy sales and fixes lost by a super incompetent employee. This man wanted me to give up on my beloved bike after he looked at it for 1 minute!!? :(
