  They serve Presotea here, one of my favorite bubble tea brands. The owner is very nice and the place is nice and cozy with seating area and some board games to chill and play with friends. It was a little hard for me to find this place the first time because I was looking for Presotea and there was no sign outside displaying that. Overall definitely a place I will visit more in the future.

  Only thing that bothers me is their ONE washroom - for everyone in the store. Very inconvenient in terms of wait-time, and obviously some cleanliness is sacrificed as well. If there was cleaner washroom option I'd be at ChaVilla all the time!

  very friendly staff who offers free samples for food and makes nice conversation! also great place to study during the day since it's relatively quiet. can also be fun place to hangout too since there are free boardgames and lots of students come by in groups to play during nighttime. Drinks are much tastier than sharetea in downtown kingston IMO. Smoothies are great as well (esp. the mango) but I would suggest you tone down the sugar level so the flavour isn't heavy and sticky on your tongue after hours - leaving you thirsty for water.

  Solid 9/10. Better than Davidstea, not as good as i-tea, but best place in Kingston for any sort of bubble tea IMO

  Favourite tea place in Kingston out of the 3 downtown. Though selection is a quote large with little guidance. The recent additions of staff recommendations helps.

  Friendly staff. They had a promotional gift giveaway that my friend got which was great. Menu options were a good selection. Hot and cold beverages available as well as Japanese cheesecake for the sweet tooth. The drink size is generous as well.
