    Our experience shopping there was customer service that ranges from so-so to poor. Needless to say we did not purchase a vehicle from them, so we cannot speak to the that. We still love Acura and Honda vehicles, but drive to Ottawa or Toronto for decent customer service and more competitive prices...

    I went in last week for service and explained in detail that I was getting a "check oil level" message. Half way home the message came back on. I have an MDX and my wife has an RDX and we just recently moved to the area. Poor, poor service. I will not be going back.

    AMAZING! The staff at Kingston Acura helped me right away when I had a leaky tire due to a nail. I was so thankful for their quick and professional assistance, and it was comforting to know that the Acura in this city that is new to me upholds the same courteous and quick service that I experienced at a previous Acura in Oakville.
