I recently went here for the first time, looking to get an oil change for my S4. My appointment was at 7:30 am, yet service opened at 8, and so I waited around to give them my key/ sign any potential things they needed.

This dealership has a ChargePoint DC Fast charger and 1 X 240v charging station for EV cars. Available 24hrs at a reasonable pricing! Only improvement would be to have a light for the charging spots as it's really dark during night.

I had several issues with Kingston VW during the purchase of the same vehicle, but at least the sales manager tried to rectify their mistakes to a reasonable resolution. The service manager doesn't seem to care about good customer service at all.

We were looking for a used SUV and decided to try an Audi Q5. We stopped at the Kingston VW & Audi Dealer. At first we had a hard time finding someone to help us out (everyone was busy) but Adam the General Sales Manager looked after us at first. Alex was with him, a VW sales person in training. Adam was courteous, knowledgeable and professional, he knew the answers to all our questions. We decided to take a test drive and when we returned a different sales person greeted us (Sean). After a short chat with Sean, Adam came out to see how everything was going and explained his absence and asked if it was okay if Sean took over. We had no problem with that. Sean who is just as knowledgeable and professional as Adam worked hard to get us the best deal for our trade in. While Sean was busy going back and forth regarding the trade in, Alex kept us company. Although in the end we didn't buy the Q5, I would recommend the Kingston VW &Audi dealer. Ask for Alex (VW) and Sean (Audi).

In the span of my 35 minute wait by the service area entrance, 7 presumably employees? came in and out of the building, and no one asked if I needed any help, let alone acknowledged me with a "good morning". The only employee that asked me anything was the kind courtesy shuttle driver, asking if I needed a ride anywhere, as he was entering the building with a fellow employee.

I declined and thanked him, trying to explain I was just looking to drop off my car, with no response from the sales/receptionist looking fellow. Being my first time there, it's sort of an awkward feeling already...I don't know the usual business so I didn't just drop off my key like most probably would. I really don't know, I guess I expected more from a dealership that sells $40,000+ cars.

I do not recommend this dealership for either purchase or service for any reason. My advice is to go elsewhere for better service.

Absolutely fantastic experience dealing with both service for our vehicles and with sales staff. We have been return customers here for a few years and will continue to return in the future. It is nice to know that even as a return customer the service level is as good as the day we came in to buy our first car here.

I had a horrible experience with their service department. If I could give 0 stars, I would. They improperly installed a part on my vehicle and it wasn't realised until my local mechanic tried to remove the part a few weeks later. I contacted the service department at Kingston VW as soon as my mechanic brought it to my attention and all the VW Service Expert said was 'Not our fault'. My mechanic removed the part, which cost me $200 in additional fees, which I requested Kingston VW reimburse me for. Their service manager offered me an expiring credit at their shop and stated again that it wasn't their fault. Also stated that their shop uses strict guidelines for installing the part but could offer me nothing to show this was followed during my service visit. I told the manager the credit did not nearly cover the costs I incurred from their poor workmanship, which he ignored. I tried on several occasions to contact the service manager, most times with no response, but when I did receive a response, he put me off and told me he would deal with my concern 'tomorrow' or that he was really busy and had't had time to look into it. He has never contacted me again.
