  Very friendly and helpful service! I had to get emergency service and get off the highway in Kingston. They quickly figured out that my tire pressure needed to be corrected. Excellent service and no charge. I was very grateful and impressed. Thanks!

  I found the bill high but left it alone. But to have an altenator replaced again is a tad much. I’m not looking for receipts but approx 15 months and 20-30,000 km is an accurate guess. And a new altenator is going on again.

  Excellent customer service. I had called in when the back end of the bottom shield of my car got loose. She clearly communicated and explained few options I had. I m happy for bringing my vehicle to car medics over other places.

  Wasn’t horribly concerned about the lug nuts that fell apart before leaving their shop but they use low grade parts.

  Good, competent and honest car repair shops are not easy to find. These guys are all three. I have two old cars that I want to keep going as long as possible. They do everything I've asked and that the cars need. They don't do more than is necessary and always do the right thing.

  We were travelling through Kingston when unfortunately we experienced some trouble with the car. I looked up 'best mechanic in Kingston' and was directed to Car Medics. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. The issue was quickly diagnosed and we were sent on our way. I cannot express how grateful we are to the whole team at Car Medics and would highly recommend them.
