    Love being able to buy very trendy prices at such an affordable price point. I don't like spending a lot of money on a piece that may not be in style the next season. The staff are friendly because I'm in the store quite often. However, they are not very attentive but that's actually ok with me because I like shopping on my own, but I know some people don't like not beng waited on if they need help. Nonetheless, Urban Planet will always be my go-to affordable place to shop!

    I love the clothes and the prices this company offers. I've been happy with every purchase. My rating will be low because shopping in this store is a terrible experience. It's messy. The staff literally hides. You always have to wait at the register because no one exists, and if someone does see you they'll find someone else to serve you. They don't greet the customers. They don't even make conversation at the cash. I much prefer shopping online!

    Great place for kids clothes! My 8 year old daughter loves the fashionable clothes and I like the very reasonable prices.

    Good store and prices but they advertise everything 40% off but half the store isn’t 40% off it’s 20%
