  was on sale and sales lady asked if she could help and she found it for me but was too small for what I wanted. So she took me right over to that section and she took extra time to show me some of the different brand names. There was 1 from Hamilton Beach with no price on it and off she went to find out. She came back with the serial number and she checked the box and it matched $69.98 and I sd I'll take it.

  The woman who helped us knew what I needed for University more than I did, she was familiar with every residence and what was already provided. She helped me find everything I needed and half the time got it herself and brought it to us. Very knowledgable and helpful, first place you should go if moving into residence at queens.

  We stopped in Wednesday to purchase lamps that were on sale and they were out of stock. The Sales associate was very kind and helpful and brought another associate over to put in a our order that had to come from their warehouse. We were told it might take up to 5 working days and will be shipped directly to our home. The lamps came today ( Friday) and they look great. Thanks for the wonderful service.

  I went today to buy three gifts off of a wedding registry. They didn't have any of the items that I wanted. So I chose three other gifts off of the registry, again they didn't have those either. I asked about several other items and the store did not have them. Very disappointed! I settled for three gifts that I wouldn't have normally picked.

  She was pretty persistent in carrying the box for me, but I sd I'm good and she took me right up to the check out and then wanted to get a cart for me to take out to my car.
