  My experience with Fit4Less has been really great. When you sign up there is a registration fee and twice a month you pay your membership. Your first payment is the reg. fee + 1/2 your monthly feel. You authorize this when you sign the contract, which is for one year. There is no hidden aspect to this.

  Would not recommend this gym to anyone. They take money from your account when not authorized and large sums with no explanation. They also have zero customer service skills and will take forever on getting you your money back. Planet fitness is a much better option in town.

  The gym is clean, the music not so bad. I've never had to wait for a machine and the people who go here are quite and respectful.

  Customer Service - these guys are polite and the people I've asked questions to have been very accommodating and I get my answers either immediately or within a few hours. I might recommend them to hire at least one person over 30 years of age for diversity and to encourage them to open up the saunas during the winter months, and get some kettle bells, but that's it and I've been going here for 1 year.

  Pretty much what the other lady reviewed. No customer service skills, and they don't think twice about taking your money, once they have it, it's gone! I'm definitely checking out planet fitness instead, now that I've lost a couple hundred dollars.
