  The staff was great. Helped me a lot trying to get back in shape. That carpet has to go. It smells like yoga crotch. For some reason, that corrupt manager likes the smell. Why she is there, I have no idea.

  Variety of classes offered included in the membership price. Building is a little bit outdated but the equipment is good for any kind of workout. Have to pay for parking during business hours.

  It needs a thorough renovation just to clean the place. The carpeting hasn't been replaced since the place opened 30 years ago, and smells like a sweaty armpit. Floor tiles are black with ground in dirt mopping can't clean. The old green paint is faded and dirty. The air quality is poor because air vents are clogged with dust and dirt. The shower floor tiles are filthy black. But the equipment still works.
