WOW appliances are not clean, not tested, overpriced as is the furniture items. No warrantees!!! Waste of money. Beware They get it free and most of it should be taken directly to kimco instead of being sold to people who cant afford to fix the broken problems they sell

Prices are outrageously high, why wouldn't they cut prices in half and stop turning potential customers to buying new. A used floral sofa for $800 that was surely donated. I find the Brockville store the same way, out of touch with pricing, I love repurposing old things, preferring that to buying brand new, but find a cheaper store front, people will still find you..

I have long supported the restore and would like to continue to do so, but their pricing (particularly since they moved to the new store) has become totally unreasonable. With many items verging on new prices, one may as well wait for sales at the box stores. There are no deals here.

Nice and helpful volunteer staff but not sure who is pricing the items, it is nice that the money goes for a good cause but the items are overpriced and with the ongoing sales everywhere on brand new items, the Restore management has to reduce the prices by at least half on all items.

It's funny reading how overpriced things are - I just tried to donate a couch/futon that is really nice quality, but they didn't even want to pick it up (or even look at a picture), saying they'd only get $50 for it. So, whoever prices the items and whoever collects donations either don't talk to each other, or they are just incompetent. Disappointing.
