    The receptionists are almost always rude and the wait times for any appointments will be 45 minutes to an hour due to the doctors being overbooked. I have had to wait an hour for each of my very young baby's vaccination appointments. However the doctors themselves are understanding, educated and provide excellent care.

    I agree with the useless phone link. It is so bad that it seems like during the supposed phone in time they take the phone off the hook. Other services allow you to leave a brief message and then the service places you in a que, tells you how many people are ahead of you, an estimate of the wait time and if that is too much they offer to phone you back when your turn comes up. An otherwise good practice has phone service in the stone age!!!

    It's impossible to get a hold of them. They never answer the phone. Other than that they are nice.
