  This review is about my experience with Ian Stoness, our agent in town. We were Allstate customers for ten years, and are quite satisfied with our experience (although we never made a claim, so I cannot comment on that part of their customer service). Ian is extremely helpful, responds to enquiries in detail and very quickly, and worked diligently to find us the best possible policies/quotes to suit our situation. Even though we ended up switching insurance providers in the end, due to finding slightly lower monthly premiums elsewhere to better fit our budget, I would recommend him without reservation. He was kind, courteous and understanding.

  As soon as you get one ticket or violation they will screw you to the wall and probably drop your coverage. Did it to me and several other people I know. Truly a bunch of unhelpful pricks.

  Matthew Ferguson took the time to really understand my needs as an apartment renter. He was very professional and timely in providing the benefits of different levels of coverage. In the end, he was able to beat the lowest price I'd found in the market, while making sure that all of my needs were met.

  I have dealt with different advisers at Allstate Kingston for the past 5 year and have never been let down. I am able to call them, email or even drop in and ask questions about my policies and my coverage. A great group of people, in my experience and if you are shopping around for quotes, give them a shot. You will be surprised with their service and integrity.
