  Girlfriend works two jobs and goes to school full time she's a machine and it was actually hard to find time during business hours for her to get down there and back.. All for them to say yes it was paid no worries . should have just ignored that if you knew it was pgod.

  Beautiful old 19th century building which was originally designed as Canada's first Parliament building ,as Kingston was Canada's first Capital City! The capital was moved to Ottawa during the War of 1812 ,by Queen Victoria . Thus the building was never used as a Parliament.

  Paid a parking ticket. 2 weeks later my girlfriend gets letter in the mail. Past due and could have to surrender license if not paid. I didn't have the receipt anymore God forbid. Car is in her name so once I tried to inquire no one would tell me a single thing as to how to fix it do I really have to pay it again? (car is in her name so they'll happily take any money toward it. But instantly will turn around and not verify the payment I have made).

  It is now Kingston's City Hall. The Countil Chamber is beautiful & has a stunning chandelier! The Memorial Hall has many historical paintings .
