    A smaller museum, but full quality and excellent curation. Children's programming is adaptive and well done. Beautiful facilities for special events.

    I make of point of dropping in when I'm in town. The shows rotate fairly frequently. It seems like there's always something new to see. This is a good place to introduce children to art museums -- meaning that the collection isn't huge and doesn't take hours to see it, the admission charge is very reasonable (free for those18 years old and younger), and they often have family friendly events.

    ABSOLUTELY worth the trip. There are some rare original Rembrants there!!

    The permanent collection contains Canadian historical art, Baroque Dutch art (incl. two previously unknown works by Rembrandt), and African art.

    They just recently (Nov 2015) won an Exhibition of the Year award from the Ontario Association of Art Galleries (OAAG).

    Agnes Etherington is a neat Art Gallery on Queen's University Campus. Definitely worth a browse!
