  My experience with Proactive Physiotherapy has been absolutely wonderful. Within 10 minutes of meeting Ahmed I could tell he had a real understanding of what was going on with me and how to help me. He was the first person to give me hope regarding my health and each week he gives me knowledge that has been invaluable to my recovery. I would highly recommend this place to anyone- the staff are extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. I am so grateful to have found Proactive Physiotherapy and I would not go anywhere else!

  Mike and Ahmed are both kind, knowledgeable, professional and truly amazing. They are the only staff and are both excellent. They went above and beyond to fix my problem and stayed within my budget. Their devotion to their work is evident. I have been thoroughly impressed and happy to have chosen Proactive.

  Went here on a recommendation of a co-worker; extremely pleased. The staff were very knowledgable, friendly and happy to answer questions. I ended up with an detailed anatomy lesson! highly recommend!

  Fast results and explains all the steps towards recovery. Big rooms with lots of space. I've been here for a couple different injuries and I wouldn't consider anywhere else. Ahmed is the best Physio in town
