  I had a plumber in last month to address the issue, install a new faucet and unclog a drain for me. The fellow I had in told me that there was nothing wrong with the toilet (the tank was very slow to refill) and he did the other jobs competently. The toilet never did work properly though.

  We tried others but "John" was far and away the most professional, cordial of all. The prices are reasonable, the clean up complete and the plumber was obviously excellent at his work and his job knowledge was vast. I'm sold.

  Had an issue with my water pressure, was not able to flush the toilet and run any kind of water. Even our shower had very minimal pressure. Turns out it was a problem with my water softener! Had James and Sean come out and they were awesome, and able to come the next day! Very knowledgable and down to earth. Would call them back for any plumbing needs. They were also very well priced.

  I contacted John's yesterday, they had a service person at my home this morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem and the toilet is now working perfectly. I can't say enough I much I appreciated how great this company is at communicating with their customers and the speed of the service. Their prices are VERY competitive. I'll be calling them the next time I have a problem in my home!

  When we bought our 100 year old farm home 7 months ago we were informed by the insurance company that we had some plumbing work to do. We needed to fix our waste pipe to our septic and replace our galvanized piping. I called John the plumber and set up a time for them to come see the job at hand. I was fully expecting to spend a grand or two in repairs as these jobs are never easy.

  James showed up, took a look at the work and quoted me such a low and fair price that I called the office immediately to set up an appointment. James sbowed up on time and had the job done perfectly. He even helped me with my sump pump that was giving me a hard time. With such an old home we ran into a slight problem with out hot water upstairs after he left. I called the office and he was here the next day and fixed everything up. He even brought our two dogs some treats. Having James in our home with my 6 month old daughter and my wife I felt completely at ease. Very nice, honest company. Great work. Thank you James!
