  The sales representative Jill, was first class. She identified our needs and explained in detail the advantages of our purchase. If I need to buy something else in the future I would contact her without hesitation. The installer, (sorry forgot his name) was top notch as well. He explained the installation thoroughly and after he was done he took the time as well to educate us on our product. Couldn't have asked for the process to go any smoother.

  Been dealing with Reliance for years. Not a complaint to be found. The latest was with some plumbing issues. Paul was my plumber who arrived in time and very friendly knowledgeable and knew his stuff.

  I have been 3 days waiting for repairs on their rented water heater. They have now twice not shown up or called within in their window. The first time they showed up 20 minutes before the end of that window with no parts or unable to fix. Wasting my time from work! If they habe to replace tank I could be up to 7 plus days with no hot water!
