    The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. There was nobody in the office to be served and yet I had to stand and wait for the personal conversation to come to an end before one of the 2 Reluctantly offered to help.. when I explained I was returning my mothers health card because she passed away, she looked at me with disgust because she actually had to work......I will never go to that location again no matter how convenient it is. Its worth the drive across town to Kingslake Plaza to get people who treat you with respect and can show a little compassion!

    Thesee people do not help you properly, they confused me which made me choose something I didn't want and now I got to pay for there poor costumer service.
