    On September first we contacted Ted Lewis about representing us in our search for a property anywhere from Quintie west through South Frontenac. Ted's response was immediate and encouraging. By the end of September we were ready to view our first five prospects in person, a busy day made easier by Ted's knowledgeable support.

    As it turns out none of those properties were right for us but by mid October we had seen another two and the second one captured our hearts. We had a confirmed offer in quick order and with Ted's guidance we closed on November 30.
