  The first time I went it in a while was good, the counter guy was nice enough and the food was fine. The second time I went the counter girl was nice enough, but the fries were horrible. Half were wrinkling on the outside, and completely dry and chewy on the inside. They don't have to be straight out of the fryer, but these ones were noticeably off. I hate to feel like an annoying customer, I don't like to ask for refunds or new food, I just don't go back to eat there again. They work with fries all day, they should either monitor which batches are getting old, or recognize that the fries they're about to serve look like they're dehydrated and grab some fresher ones.

  Ordered a veggie fry this evening. Noticed a stone (size of a black pepper) caught in my mouth while eating. I took the food & the stone to the staff who served me. The staff said that it's quite normal to find a stone inside the fry due to the potatoes & there's nothing she can do about this!!! Never knew that it's okay to find a stone with your fries...probably the menu must be reformatted to stones included! Disappointed with my experience there
