    Went to get some shoes yesterday with my gf amd her mom, we got there 30 min b4 store mall closed unknowingly, we found some great deal but one of the csr there probably the manager on duty kept on telling us that we have to leave as they are closing soon giving us time limits to shop, in that hurry my phone fell of my jacket and i didnt notice until i got inside the car, so i sprinted back to the store and when i got there i knocked and the same csr came to the door gave me the look like she is going to kill me so i told her that my phone is in there cause i used it while i was there, she went on again sayin i give you 2 minutes to find it or get out.I am not someone to complain about cx service cause I have done that job too and i know how hard it is but if you dont like the job you might as well quit and give others who are passionate about cx service the chance
