  Take the dipstick inside to let them know there was an issue to have a "gentlemen" claiming to be the manager start raising his voice to a yell that it was not our responsibility to check the oil we are only going a short distance. (Ill add the rental agreement clearly states it is OUR responsibility) He was extremely rude and continued to be ignorant raising his voice stating there is plenty of oil. We stated again we were not comfortable with the oil level and the burning oil on the stick clearly indicated a issue.

  I asked if they would then mind to note on the agreement that we had brought this to thier attention. He said sure I'll write that the oil was at the proper level. I again said no this is not proper. He said fine you can cancel and get your money back then. Now refusing us service. I asked to speak to someone above him he said nope that's me call the 1800 number if you feel the need.

  Transferred to a manager. he found me one in 1 minute at a uhaul location 3 minutes from this location (aqua bay). Took my pickup there.

  Bought a class 3 hitch for my truck there. Had the part in stock so now waiting for wire harness to arrive. Well more than 2 months have passed and no wire harness or return calls from them, thank God I ordered it from elsewhere also.

  We arrived to pick up our truck rental and everything was fine until we started to inspect the vehicle. We checked the oil (have photos) to find the oil was burnt to the dipstick and there was only a small amount. We attempted to show the first employee that brought the truck out and he walked away refusing to look at it.
