    Stopped to get some help with a technical issue on my wife's phone. The staff were very friendly, quick to help and provided a clue of options. My wife and I are both on Virgin. Happy with the service and happy with the help from kiosk outlets every time we've asked.

    my sons cell was stolen tried calling them all I get is their voice mail left a message still no returned call day 2 still no contact

    This is turning out to be a BIG CON!! Ithought having three contracts with virgin would make me a valued client but I got an iPhone 6s last wk and it had over heating issues and took it back next day and they told me since I used over 50 MB and 30 mins talk time I can't give it back and they are sending me to apple for repairs "since they don't have another same one". (Still within the two weeks buyers remorse period!)Who wants a brand new phone repaired!!! I wanted a replacement but in short what they told me is you are on your own you're stuck with a brand new broken phone that you gonna have to pay for for two years!!! Talked to more than fifteen reps all saying there's nothing I can do. Who can?!Really a disappointment!!!! I am very seriously looking for a way out of these cons and I will do anything to make sure they don't do it to anyone else.
