  Bought my first vehicle from Car1 a couple of weeks ago and it was a great experience! Competitive pricing and quality vehicles. I felt comfortable dealing with the staff. Ryan was extremely patient and helpful during my decision process, the paperwork and details, and still after I picked up the vehicle!   not only was the vehicle incredible, but there was a small problem that was fixed without delay or cost. not to say that would happen all the time, but i was ready to fix it... and they said 50/50 with their warranty... but with their investigation it was covered.

  I bought a Q5 just before xmas. Ryan was fantastic!! He definitely gets 5 stars! My issue is with the service department. 6 weeks after I bought the car a major repair needed to be completed. Annoyed this happened but I bought extra warranty. How ever I brought my car in Feb 8 and still don't have it back!! Its been almost 2 weeks!!! They do nothing but give you the run around and no communication between staff. Totally not impressed! If I could rate them a negative star I would! My car will NOT be going back for any maintenance, that's if I even get it back. I'm starting to think they want to keep it!!

  My husband and I were looking for a new vehicle, one that would accommodate our growing family, and after visiting several dealerships in the area we finally went to CarOne. Our salesman Ryan immediately made us feel welcomed and at ease (car shopping with a newborn can be a bit stressful). After chatting about our wants and needs he found us the most perfect vehicle.
