    I drove from Brockville to to Kingston today to have Jump + look at my daughters phone. We were 15 minutes early for our appointment, so we expected to wait, however, we were pleasantly surprised when they took us right away. The technician who helped us was named Cameron and he was excellent! Not only was he able to to quickly identify the issue with our phone and fix it, but he was able to explain to us why it happened in the first place and how to avoid this from happening again. If you have any issues with your iPhone, I would highly recommend you go to Jump +.

    Unfortunately my experience with Jump+ was very poor. My adaptor I had was malfunctioning and I took it in to get replaced. They said Apple had to confirm the malfunction and then they could replace the cable free of charge. I was told it would most likely be 24 hours and they would contact me via email which I provided. 24 hours came and passed and no email. After a week I tried to call them, and was met with no answer. I must have called 15 times over three days and was never met with an answer. Finally they responded to my email and notified me that they were wrong and Apple didn't have to confirm anything, and they could have just given me a replacement cable the first time I came in. Some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered with the exception of Clayton who was very helpful and understanding of my situation. He is a credit to the company.

    I took my iPhone X in as I had to shut it down daily to make it work as a phone and link it to my widex 440 hearing aids. They ran a diagnostic on the hardware and firmware and I was out quickly. Just a software problem/conflict.

    Very professional and very knowledgeable. Outstanding and quick. Shout out to Clayton for dealing with me in a very pleasing and understanding manner and I highly recommend going in there to see them if you have any issues with your iPhone. I work for a mobile store in Kingston and I will be continuing to send all of my customers there for all things iPhone. Will be back A+++

    Took my phone in for repair and was provided with a loaner phone in the meantime while my phone was repaired for free under warranty. The service technician Cam provided outstanding service. He was very thorough in explaining what was happening, asked me plenty of questions to ensure they covered all my needs. I will be returning to Jump+ for any future service needs and to buy all my future apple products.
